As you are using VLAN It seems it is a routing issue in your Cisco , you have to permit the ping from 192.168.1.3 to 192.168.1.4 and vice versa. Did you try the same scenario without having a VLAN?

no ho controllato e non ho trovato risposte da dare. Riavviando l'Host il problema si ripropone e in merito alla kb ho guardato ma mi sono fermato al primo comando in ssh che mi risponde not found....
