No, it isnt open with ip address else..
I changed many things, but nothing happens.
Now it seems, I have a debian squeeze x64 and win7 ultimate x64 with vmware player. They have the same ip address (because the bridged connection) and a same dns. Debian works fine.. it have internet and everything else, but win7 have nothing 
Now I disabled everything, just useing ipv4 with fix ip and dns.
