You can create a new Vswitch for 10.0.x.x network and map all the VM's to it. Connect a vmnic (uplink) which is been connected to the physical switch to the vswitch you had created .
You will be able to connect to the network and reach 192.168.x.x if your physical switch has routes between 10.x.x.x to 192.168.x.x
