I've already provided you with relevant links to both VMware Workstation documentation and SCO UnixWare documentation and I'd suggest you take your SCO UnixWare specific questions to a forum that is geared more towards SCO UnixWare because what you're asking really has nothing to do with VMware Workstation per se. In other words if you had a physical machine and the primary hdd was getting full and it had additional unpartitioned space or not or adding a second hdd then you'd have to resolve the issue per the SCO UnixWare documentation.
