The problems seems to be that the /boot volume is mounted on some logical volume:
/dev/mapper/isw_babjfgggii_Volume05 225806 13945 199814 7% /boot
There is an XML section in the worker log file which describes the recognized source configuration. Can you provide it for more detailed investigation how exactly the hardware configuration on the source was recognized?
