I am referring to how VirtualCenter controls access to objects that are referenced in the Virtual Center database but are stored outside of that said database. So if I have Vcenter installed on a 2008 Windows server would Vcenter dictate permissions to those objects stored outside of the database or would 2008 Windows OS? I am thinking VCenter dictates the access alotted but just want confirmation.
