Thanks for the feed back julienvarela.

I removed the 3rd nic and added dual connections fro management, vmotion and production, which makes sense.  Do you think that using 3 switches is an overkill?

What I was thinking for iSCSI switches (ex. using vmHost 1)

vSwitch 1:

10.0.12.131 - using vmic3 & vmic4 (NIC Teaming)

vSwitch 3:

10.0.13.131 - using vmic2 & vmic7 (NIC Teaming)

Then on the storage adapter, I would add vSwitch 1 & vSwitch 3 as paths with Round Robin.  This should give me the optimum performance right?

"And then merge your vswitch 0/5/6. You will use explicit failover configuration for your vmnic on your port group"

Can you be more specific?  Should they be merged into 1 vmKernal?

Yes regarding the last thing, you are absolutely correct, the orginal document is not in erorr, it is setup exactly as the document shows.  I will definatley make sure that all 5 are configured exactly the same.

Thanks again!

Daryl
