CPU Hot Add does not work with 2012DC

Hi,

i have an VM Win2012DC with CPU/Memory HotAdd enabled. This VM has virtual Hardware 9.

When i add additional CPUs to this VM, i see in the Device Manager the added CPUs but the System see only the 4 old CPUs.

I have scessfull add CPUs on 2008R2 Servers, vmx-09 and to 2012 Servers with vmx-08 and it works fine.

Have anybody more Information over this Bug?
