Can't use Thinapps in Streaming Mode

Hello.
I'm having a big problem to get the thinapps in my workspace share to work in streaming mode.
I managed to get them to get installed in the desktop by re-installing the agent with the option "DOWNLOAD=0", but this populates the start menu with all the apps and they aren't presented in the workspace site.
I'm working with 500 thinapps and this will generate a very big issue between the users, so populating the start menu isnt an option.

Any help will be appresiated.
