Thanks for the replies, much appreciated. I am actually employing a consultant to build & implement our VM infrastructure, and virtualise our servers, and their scope of works suggested we can do the servers, on-line, I quote "we negate the need for downtime"...
I'm sorry to ask such a simple set of questions, but can I start a conversion off then, let it complete, then afterwards, run it again to do a sync operation? Can I run it again and again and let it catch up?
