but if nginx cant take advantage of all core what webserver can !?
i think this is not related to applications on this server
because load avrage is high and thi smean lots of process queue
and one more thing is this server processor is 3.4Ghz ! so VM must can access at least 3.4Ghz ?
another server on another host with centos 6.3 work just fine and use abut 25000Mhz all the time!
