Disable clipboard sharing (only)

VMWare Fusion 5.0.3 running on ML with Windows 7. VMWare tools installed.

How do I (only) disable clipboard sharing between Mac and Windows environments, without affecting other components like file sharing between those two environments? A competing product has a simple checkbox for this in the VM configuration settings, but I cannot find a similar option in Fusion 5.
